Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. You must use your real identity and may be asked to complete identity verification before some features unlock.

One account per person. Accounts may not be sold, shared or transferred.

Creating an account is free. Profiles, matching, discovery, watching stream rooms, targets, messaging and gifting are available to every signed-in member at no charge.

Hosting a stream (going live) requires an active streamer pass: Premium is $6.25 per month and VIP is $9.38 per month, billed in advance. The pass renews for successive periods until cancelled. Cancelling stops future billing; hosting continues until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Coins are a prepaid digital credit used inside PairUp. Coins are purchased from your wallet from a minimum of $2. Coins have no value outside the platform, are not legal tender, and cannot be exchanged between accounts except by sending a gift.

Anyone can gift anyone: viewers, guests and hosts. A gift is final once sent and cannot be reversed or refunded, except where a transaction is found to be fraudulent.

Your wallet distinguishes purchased coins from gifted or bonus coins. Bonus coins may carry conditions and may expire.

Coins received as gifts become redeemable once your gifted balance reaches $31.25 in value. On redemption the recipient receives 50% of that value in cash; the remainder covers platform, payment and gateway costs.

Payout requests are reviewed before release. We may delay or refuse a payout linked to fraud, chargebacks, coin cycling between related accounts, or a breach of these terms.

Stream rooms are live and capped at 15 minutes per session.

You may not broadcast or share nudity or sexual activity, content involving minors, violence, hate speech, harassment, self-harm, illegal goods, or another person's content or likeness without permission.

You may not solicit money outside the platform, run scams or investment offers, impersonate anyone, use bots or automation, or record and republish other participants without their consent.

Breaches can result in content removal, loss of gifted balances obtained in breach, suspension or a ban.

You keep ownership of the photos, video and messages you upload. You grant PairUp a licence to host, store, display and transmit that content for the purpose of operating the service.

You are responsible for having the rights to everything you upload, and we may remove content that breaches these terms.

Users can report profiles, rooms and messages. Our moderation team may review reported content, restrict features, suspend or permanently close accounts.

You may close your account at any time. Closing an account does not entitle you to a refund of subscription fees or unused purchased coins unless required by law.

PairUp connects people; we do not guarantee matches, outcomes, income or the conduct of any user. Meeting other users online or in person is at your own risk — take normal precautions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
